We have worked in many different contexts, including: Executive Teams, Oil and Gas, Military Support Services, Healthcare Services, Community Non-Profits, and Communities of Faith. They all have one thing in common: people working together to create results.

FAQ's

+ What tools do you use?

We use several different tools to explore the potential of your team. Our primary tool is Gallup's StrengthsFinder: a powerful, well-researched, highly-personalized assessment strategy. We love StrengthsFinder and see it as a doorway to powerful conversations about performance and results.

+ What's in the name?

Praxy comes from the word ‘orthopraxy’ which means ‘right practice.’ We believe that what separates good teams from great ones is not what they know about working together but rather what they actually put into practice. At Praxy, we focus on turning knowledge into action, creating powerful results.
